TAVY TILE MALLET

This mallet has a urethane head that won't damage or mar surfaces and allows for beating in of tiles for a long lasting installation. Beating in tiles helps remove air from under the tile and maximizes mortar coverage. The specially designed head has a traditional flat head on one side and the opposite side has two textured beveled edges allowing for angled blows to secure the tile tightly against spacers. Has a fiberglass handle and non-slip cushion grip.

Handle length is 12" and mallet weighs 16 oz. Head length is 3-7/8" and Face Diameter is 1-7/8".
