Wedges have a gripper built into the design to make removal easier. These are a great tool for leveling the first row of tile on a tub or straightening rows as they stack up a wall.
The Gripper Wedge has less incline and more narrow than others to get into those tight spots. If the wedge bottoms out before opening the joint wide enough, simply snip off the end to make the wedge larger.
